Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your Chamelingo Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. After 7 days, remaining time on your billing period will not be refunded, but you will retain access until the period ends.
Alternatively, you can pause your subscription instead of canceling. Pausing stops billing immediately while preserving your account data. Resume at any time.
2. One-Time Purchase Refunds
One-time content packs (TOPIK Vocabulary Pack, TOPIK Crash Course Pack, KIIP Immigration Prep Pack, Korean for Dating Pack, Korean for Office Survival Pack, Chapter Bundle (9-16), Story Collection, Hard Mode Pack) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the content.
"Substantially used" means completing more than 20% of the pack's content (e.g., finishing more than 3 stories in the Story Collection).
3. Lifetime Access Refunds
Lifetime Access purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, refunds are granted at our discretion based on usage.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@chamelingo.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and can often process refunds faster than the dispute process.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, including but not limited to: repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, account sharing, or violation of our Terms of Service.
