피해자가 범죄 사실을 경찰이나 법률 기관에 알려 범인을 처벌해 달라고 요구할 때, 그 내용을 적어서 내는 서류.
English: letter of complaint — A document submitted by an accuser, in which he/she writes the details of the accusation in order to report a crime to the police or a law enforcement agency and asks them to punish the accused.
