닭볶음탕

닭고기를 토막 내서 마늘, 간장, 설탕 등의 양념과 물을 넣고 끓인 음식. 닭고기에 갖은양념과 채소를 넣고 먼저 볶다가 물을 넣고 끓이기도 한다.
