English: Sobaeksanmaek Mountains — A mountain range that starts from Taebaeksan Mountain of Taebaeksanmaek Mountains and branches out to the southwest and reaches the southern coast of Jeollanam-do, or South Jeolla Province; since located between Gyeongsang-do, or Gyeongsang Province, and Jeolla-do, or Jeolla Province, the mountains have been an obstacle to traffic and the two regions show differences in climate, diet, culture, etc.
