Pick one primary particle for a noun phrase: 저는 or 제가: not 저는가.
Sentences can have a topic and a different subject: 오늘은 날씨가 좋아요.
That is two different nouns, not double-marking one noun.
Mistake: 저가는 / 저는이 calques.
Level: elementary. Read both sides of the contrast, say the examples out loud, then write one correct and one incorrect sentence and fix it.
Cross-link: open the related grammar or tools page the same day so the fix sticks in your study graph.
Examples

- Translating the English pair word-for-word without checking which Korean form carries the real distinction.
